XAMPP is a (Hard) Web Programming Suite

I don't really know what is happening with this darn combination. At first, it is a killer combination between MySQL, Apache, phpMyAdmin, FileZilla. A complete set. Installation is just as easy as clicking next and finish. You can download it for free at www.apachefriends.org

A first encounter is the MySQL problems. Unfortunately...No administration panel, have to shell it out to do some administration jobs. What's more, setting phpMyAdmin is still manual. Apache has no problem (well, not known) because it successfully load http://localhost.

Still, it is a good combination...but setting it and run it? It's another story. I would not recommend this to newbie or web programmer who has just started. That is if you don't want to throw your keyboard out of the window. Nah, I'm just kidding :D
